Seven Summit Treks is always responsible to destroy or bring back the garbage waste of all the expeditions organized by the company itself. The team must destroy or recycle the possible items in front of the concerned authorities of the Nepal Government, however, the team is responsible to bring back the garbage to Kathmandu, which cannot be destroyed or recycled in the mountains and is handed over to the department as directed by the Government.

The Mountaineering expedition team shall deposit the following amount for the garbage management:

(a) For the following mountains of the Khumbu and Annapurna Himalayan range:

For the Mount Everest

USD 4000 or equivalent to that in Nepalese Rupees

For the other mountain having the height of above 8001 meter except Mount Everest

USD 3000 or equivalent to that in Nepalese Rupees

For the mountain having the height of 7001 to 8000 meters and Amadablam mountain

USD 2000 or equivalent to that in Nepalese Rupees

For the mountain having the height of 6501 to 7000 meter

USD 1000 or equivalent to that in Nepalese Rupees

For the mountain having the height of less than 6500 meter

USD 500 or equivalent to that in Nepalese Rupees

(b) For the following mountains of the other Himalayan range other than expressed in clause (a):

Mountains above than 8,000 meters

USD 3000 or equivalent to that in Nepalese Rupees

Mountains less than 8,000 meters

USD 500 or equivalent to that in Nepalese Rupees
